Constituents of Paneer Bread Pakora. 

8 Servings 

1 mug grated paneer 

mug boiled, crushed smoothly peas 

1/2 tablespoon turmeric 

tablespoon asafoetida 

2 teaspoon diced coriander leaves 

tablespoon black pepper 

1/4 mug grated carrot 

1 tablespoon red chilli greasepaint 

mug gram flour( besan) 

8 slices whole wheat chuck

Swab as needed 

1 mug vegetable oil painting 


How to make Paneer Bread Pakora. 

Step 1 

Prepare the filling 

In a coliseum, add paneer, peas, carrot, coriander,1/2 tsp chilli greasepaint,1/4 tsp turmeric greasepaint, and swab. Mix everything well. Now, divide the filling into 4 corridor. 


Step 2 

Place the filling on chuck

Take one slice of chuck and unevenly spread the filling on it. Top the filling with another chuck slice and press gently to enclose it. Now cut the chuck slices with the filling into 2 equal corridor. 


Step 3

Make the besan batter 

In a coliseum, add besan, 1 mug water,1/4 tsp turmeric greasepaint,1/2 tsp chilli greasepaint, swab, and asafoetida. Whisk the admixture gently to form a smooth batter. Now, dip the chuck slices into the batter. Make sure the batter gets unevenly carpeted on the slices. 

Step 4 

Fry the chuck slices 

Heat oil painting in a kadhai and also sluggishly add the stuffed chuck pieces to it. Fry them until they turn into slightly brown in color. Repeat the step to fry all the pakoras Once they're crisp, transfer them to an spongy paper.


Step 5 

Your Paneer Bread Pakora is ready and formerly done, line the chuck pakoras on a serving plate. Your Paneer Bread Pakora is ready now. Serve it alongside the mint chutney or the tomato chutney.
