• એડમીશન કન્ફર્મ કરાવવા માટે હેલ્પ સેન્ટર નું લીસ્ટ
• મેડીકલ ફિટનેસ સર્ટીફીકેટ નો નમુનો.(એડમીશન કન્ફર્મ કરાવતી વખતે જરૂરી)
• ફી બાંહેધરી નો નમુનો.(એડમીશન કન્ફર્મ કરાવતી વખતે જરૂરી
