Here's how to get a free PAN Card

First, go to https://www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/home.

Here you will see the option of Instant PAN through Aadhaar on your left side. Click on it.

Then a new page will open where you will see the Get New Pan option. Click on it.

Now on the new page, you will be asked to enter your Aadhaar Card Number. Enter your Aadhaar number there and click on 'I Confirm'.

OTP will be sent to your registered mobile phone. Fill it in the option given on the site and verify it.

You will be issued an e-PAN immediately after verification.

In it, the applicant gets a copy of the PAN card in PDF format, which has a QR Code on it. This QR code contains the applicant's demographic digital as well as photos.
