Who can benefit?
State Government Financial Assistance Scheme for Destitute Elderly Gujarat: Financial Assistance Scheme for destitute elderly and destitute disabled is being implemented in the State from 01/04/18.
Homeless elderly 60 years and older
Must not have a son of 21 years or more.
Benefits can be achieved if the adult son is mentally unstable or is suffering from a serious illness such as cancer, TB.
The annual income of the applicant should not exceed Rs 1,50,000 / - for the urban area and Rs 1,50,000 / - for the rural area.
Permanently living in Gujarat for at least 10 years.
what are the benefits?
If the age of the applicant is 20 years or more, the monthly fee will be Rs. 30 / - Rs.
The amount of assistance to the beneficiary is credited by the DBT to the beneficiary's account. Are credited.

Over 50 years of age
The annual income of the applicant in the rural areas is Rs. 1,50,000 / - and Rs. 1,50,000 / -.
Adults (over 21 years of age) should not have a son.
The disabled applicant must be over 3 years of age and the disability should be more than 5%.
Must have been living in Gujarat for 10 years.
Standard of support
Monthly Rs. 50 / - is paid.

Proof of age (one of the school leaving certificate/birth certificate / medical certificate)
Certificate of income
Certificate of residence in Gujarat
Proof of residence (Ration card / Electricity bill / Driving license / Aadhaar card / Any one election card)

Disability certificate (civil surgeon's certificate) if the applicant is disabled
If the son is more than 21 years of age, but if he is physically handicapped, the subject matter specialist doctor / showing the percentage of disability of the person suffering from TB cancer, to present the certificate of a civil surgeon with the application.
