Public Institute of Rural Development(NIRD) and Panchayati Raj(PR), Hyderabad, a self-ruling public Institution under the Ministry of Rural Development, Govt. of India, is executing a public level undertaking specifically 'Making Clusters of Model Gram Panchayats to Achieve Holistic&Sustainable Development through Institutional Strengthening of GPs and Enablement of Quality GPDP across India' over next 2 years. For this, NIRD&PR welcomes online applications from the qualified possibility for the legally binding commitment of 10 State Program Coordinators,250 Young Fellows, and 250 Cluster Level Resource Persons to work in the recognized 250 bunches across all States and UTs (List encased as Annexure). Tenure of engagement of the multitude of posts is one year for the present. It could be reached out on good execution of the occupants, subject to continuation of the Project and attentiveness of specialists.

NIRDPR Recruitment Education Qualifications: 

State Program Coordinator: 

Post Graduate Degree in Social Science including Economics/Rural Development/Rural Management/Political Science/Sociology/Anthropology/Social Work/Development Studies/History and comparative controls from any perceived college. 

Least scholastic standards:60% marks in Secondary (Class X) or comparable examination;50% marks in Higher Secondary (Class XII) or equal assessment in any discipline;50% marks at Graduation level in any of the previously mentioned disciplines; and half checks at Post Graduation level in any of the previously mentioned disciplines. 

Youthful Fellow: 

Post Graduate Degree/2 years' Post-Graduate Diploma in Social Science including Economics/Rural Development/Rural Management/Political Science/Sociology/Anthropology/Social Work/Development Studies/History and comparable controls from any perceived college. 

Least scholarly guidelines: 60% imprints in Secondary (Class X) or equal examination;50% marks in Higher Secondary (Class XII) or identical assessment in any order; half stamps at Graduation level in any of the previously mentioned disciplines; and half checks at Post Graduation level in any of the previously mentioned disciplines. 

Group Level Resource Person: 

Class XII pass from any perceived Board of Education. 

Five years' experience of working for the advancement of SHGs or as Group Leader of SHG or Village Organization or Cluster Level Federations or Community Resource Person under SRLM or Certified Master Resource Persons of NIRDPR or Certified Master Trainers of NRLM/SRLM. 

NIRD and Panchayati Raj (PR) Recruitment Age Limit: 

State Program Coordinator: 

30-50 years as of 01/11/2020.Relaxation in the Upper Age Limit: by 5 years for SC and ST up-and-comers and by 3 years for OBC applicants. 

Youthful Fellow: 

21-30 years as of 01/11/2020.Relaxation in the Upper Age Limit: by 5 years for SC and ST up-and-comers and by 3 years for OBC applicants. 

Group Level Resource Person: 

25-40 years as of 01/11/2020.Relaxation in the Upper Age Limit: by 5 years for SC and ST up-and-comers and by 3 years for OBC. applicants. 

NIRD and PR Recruitment Pay Scale: 

State Program Coordinator: 

Rs.55,000/ - (Rupees 55 thousand) just every month in addition to travel and means on visit according to standards of the NIRD&PR. 

Youthful Fellow: 

Rs.35,000/ - (Rupees 35 thousand) just every month, for laboring for 25 entire days consistently and for meeting the expense of movement inside the Cluster of posting; Travel and means on an authentic visit outside the Cluster will be paid according to standards of the NIRD&PR. 

Bunch Level Resource Person: 

Rs.12,500/ - (Rupees twelve thousand and 500) just every month for laboring for 25 entire days consistently and for meeting the expense of movement inside the Cluster of posting; Travel and means on a legitimate visit outside the area/bunch will be paid according to standards of the NIRD&PR.
