Suppose you want to delete a message sent at 2:11 pm on 16 September 2020 from both you and other users, that is, you want to delete a message 5 days old from 22 September. Let's turn off the internet first.

Go to Settings and click on APP.

Then click on Whatsapp.

5. Now go back to the message or any content you want to delete and note the date of that day and the time of the message, as it will come in handy. Go to Settings again and go to the Date and time option. Turn off the Use Network Provided Time Zone, Time Zone, or Automatic Date and time option.
